Mark October 27 down on your calendar for the unveiling of TP’sinnovative iCool temperature badge!

Cool @ Noon will be held from 11.15am to 12.30pm at The Plaza. Be dazzled by the Dance Emsemble's performances, a skit on how the iCool came about as well as witness TP’s own Wonder Girls demonstrate how to use the iCool..... while dancing!

Join the cool action through the activity booths, which include an iCool-story booth by the Engineering School and an iCool creative booth by the Design School where you can see some really cool ways to personalise your iCool. What's more, Applied Science School will have a booth serving ice-cream and the Students’ Union will also be giving away balloons and “Cool @ Noon” buttons.

Every TP staff and student will be cool as iCool will be distributed to staff and students in phases.

It's going to be fun, so come to The Plaza on October 27, and show your pride for this home-grown innovation!

Delayed Post-Refresher Day And October Orientation

14 oct-Refresher day!
wohohoho! Fun!
the 1st thing we did the mass dance!
and yehh i passed the Engine Mass dance!
wheee heee heee.
then played icebreakers by ourselves.
funfunfun!
haha! we had a lot of bonding with each other.
we did cheers in the LT as usual.
then at nyte, we went supper togther!TECHNO!
for 2 days. until the 3rd day when i asked them

to change to jurong cafe.
ok back to refresher day.
we didnt sleeeep! haha! we karaoke-ed. we played taboo!
until 3am plus lah can?! ohmygod
cos the guys all extra2 come in girls dorm. so we had nothing to do
but to have fun!! wheee! hehehe. a lot of randoms.
but too much to write it here so nvm lah hor.
ok so here it is. mentors vocal training. haha
singing in our own style. our own notes.

ok so the next day was our 1st day of the october orientation.
mentors ready??at first in the lt, i felt weird that i have to talk to the freshies

cos they're so wayy older than me. but after talking to one,im able to continue talking to the others.i took cass M951,MTN.with xiang ming aka jb and han chong aka hans!and our dip head was thiam boon and level leaders was errick and muhaimin. my classs..haha they only love to play games but dont like to cheer. esp the fish games. aha! u noe guys. ya their class onli got 1 girl. and shes from china. emily! however the 2nd day my classs got even better! they are more enthu to cheer and stuffs! awww i kinda love them u noe! yehhh 1st day i dont really feeel it cos 1st, i just noe them, and i kinda dont like the class cos im the type hu likes to cheer and go high but then the classs just so "kreeek kreeek".but 2nd day they really show their power. even beat ETCM lah can! awesome. thanks to errick oso ah. 2nd day we bonded a lot ord! yehhhhs! during the game voleyball, funny! haha they keep saying "cmon emily. its ur ball". wdh! and then ryte! these malay guys calll me kakak! aiyoh so many tymes i ask them to calll me hid. they purposely call me kakak! wdh! eh im so waaay younger than them can! bacins! and then skali got one tyme, photo taking, they said this "MAKCIK ROCKS!". i was like shocked . haha wanna laugh but then photo taking what. walao from kakak they calll me makcik. next what? and then i oso bonded with the next class M952 malay guys. yahh! cos me taught them the mass dance and haha the TP handsign song. that was funny! haha even now if we bump into each other, they kacau me by doing that handsign song. and i said to them "dah pass blom?" but yehh true lah the song hard to rmmbr. hah! but yehhs they're bunch of fun people! u noe even the masss photo taking session, they anihow join the esc team stand on stage. haha nvm lah. u all make sure become the future mentors! haha! bumpe into my class a lot of times in school! oh man! so fast evrything over. haha! hope to see u all appplying to be april orient mentors!!! wahahah!

ok back to the mentors business, oh yehhhs we're so damn united.i kept disturbing faizal and khai's caps. haha! and that faizal kept kacau-ing minah tudung. wdh lah faizal fish!! haha shalll talk abt this more in the next posts. hehe! so oct orientation was funn!!!!!!!!! wheee! april orient...here i come! wheee!

This year, i didnt really celebrate my birthday!

oh it was sad!oh it was sad!(titanic cheer!)

however, i found out that i got my bday wish no1 granted.

i got unexpected surprises-2 situations.

and i got a new friend! =D

wheeeee! so im stilll happy with it!

yeh the reason i didnt celeb my bday cos the evening itself,

i have to report to sch for the mentors refresher day!

so didnt get to go down rp and meet up with dee sya fir azam.

but...wahahah! the ESC family made a bday surprise for me in school!

we were in the lT cheering and stuufs,then sudenly they off the lights and

the whole LT sang for me HAppy bday Song!

ohmyy i was sooo touched till speechless!and trembling sudenly.

seriously like i dont expect it.cos the esc people also not alll that know me.

but that jel was soooo sweeet to have plan this.

they asked me to make a speech but still i was speechless.

lol.they took photo and video of it.but i duunoe who owns it.

next was...altho i was disappointed with isa that he didnt send me the bday video on my bday, but i was still touched and thankful and etcetc that he still did the video! altho it was belated by 3 days?! cos that was my no1 bday wish!yay!he's really a good friend huh. keep to the promise. so sweeeet and cute of you! haha! and the video also got a lot of ur cute expressions! even azam, said this to me"eh isa cute! azam terpikat!". like wdh? haha!but THANKS SO MUCH!!!=D

next was...haha! like finally me and fahmi saw each other! in TP! u know, that day, the same day isa send me the video, i was like die die wanna go ITAS to eat. haha ask imah if dun believe. so i guess Allah is so great that he actually wants to meet us up. but then something/someone kinda spoiled the way it shud be.however, it was still =)).and his friend is now in the same lecture with me for this term.. LOL! so tkperlah mie. that moment can be considered as ur bday prezzie to me. since u dunwant use fedex. haha! u know what i mean!

lastly, i got a very precious and pricelesss bday gift. let it be only me who knows.

Mentor Training Camp 09'!

hmm where do i start?LOL!

okay i havta report to school alone cos didnt know

anyone whos selected to be in MTC.

but when i got into my group,KAMBA,i saw afiq!

so oklah.at least i know someone.

yeh i know afiq from the BB Subcomm Workshop.

and then at later part,khairul came late and

he was also in KAMBA!kewl!

the whole MTC started off with us doing cheeers in the LT.

at first,bad response coz alll like shy shy.

but then as we go on,all hyped up ord!.

the theme for this year MTC was: SURVIVOR-You Live Or You Die!

the other groups was called SWAZI.EKOI.LUDA.ZANDE.

dont know what it all means but it was african tribal names.

anw,my grp level leader was errick and alvin and diphead was genie.

first we played the station games.faces all got flour lah.wahsey.

then kena splash by water and stuffs.FUN!

and Kamba was the 1st to finish the race!wheee!

then there's one part in the LT that we hv to shoot other groups using cheers.

so we created 4 cheers,one for each grp.haha! fun!

ended up,all grp alliance with each other to attack us.

with the song "kamba black sheeeep!"

but still, KAMBA won overall and we gt to go off for dinner 1st.

throughout the camp,Kamba kept having members in and out of the grp.

so its like we're always the grp with the least members.

however, we're the smallest but the loudest and power-est grp!

then at night,theres another amazing race.

tooo kanchiong that we misssed out one station that can cost us to lose.

however we managed to catch up and got back to the 1st place!

so Kamba conquered aalll games!hahah!

oh ya aniway the haunted house was wahhh stooop !

i was in the first batch to enter,with ansari sengie one guy and az.

wah ansari like always leave us infront when he supposed to like lead us

cos me and sengie was scared! we hate this kinda of things!

kak pah even backed out after initially wanted to go in with us.

we shouted a lot of times cos like the programmers all touch touch our body.

but the best part was when we finally reach the end pitstop,

jel was standing there,talking to us,

and sudenly came someone touch my leg!

haha! scream the loudest there!cos its like u tot its over ord mah! hah!

and the anoying part was az screaming and fearing us.

its like he make us shocked for no reason. =_=

after the thing ended, they al went supper but i just stayed in the room,

otp with someone.LOL!only got 1 girl in the room with me but she was sleeping.

the next day still got station games.but lucky i didnt get wet or soap-ed.
